KaaMate charges one thing only: an optional one-time registration fee paid
by workers who want to be listed on the platform. Customers pay nothing, and KaaMate takes
no commission on any job.

In-app chat and calling — free
No booking fee, no platform fee, no commission

You pay only the worker, directly, for the work they do. That amount is agreed between you and the worker before the job starts. KaaMate never collects, holds or processes that payment.

For workers

Free registration for workers

Registration is completely free for workers. If a registration fee is
introduced later, the exact amount will always be shown in the app before you pay anything.

What registration gives you:

Identity and document verification by our team
A verified, searchable profile listed to customers in your service area
Unlimited booking requests — there is no per-lead or per-job charge
In-app chat, job tracking and the arrival-OTP safety flow
A two-way rating profile that builds your reputation

What KaaMate does not charge

Taxes & invoices

The registration fee shown above is inclusive of GST — it is the total amount payable, with no additional charges at checkout. A GST invoice is available on request at info.kaamate@gmail.com, quoting your registered mobile number and payment reference.

Payment methods

The registration fee is collected in-app through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. KaaMate does not store your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles payment information directly under its own PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Service delivery

Worker registration is a digital service delivered through the KaaMate mobile app. After a successful payment:

Your payment is confirmed immediately and your profile is submitted for review
Verification is normally completed within 1–3 business days
Once approved, your profile goes live and becomes visible to customers in your area
If your profile is rejected during verification, the fee is refunded in full — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy

There is no physical shipping associated with any KaaMate service.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a rejected profile or a duplicate charge is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
